have come together in council, and have established a people’s council to address the lack of due process, and overreach of authority, by the elected and appointed officials of the territory defined as Parkland Community, who impose mandates and edicts upon the people of the community that are not for the security and benefit of the people. Official notice to the public can be found on our website at parklandcommunityplancouncil.ca. The Parkland Community Plan Council in the province of Alberta will operate with a De Jure Grand Jury.
